Title: Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
Position Purpose:
The part time Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach is a 10 month academic year position working in the Department of Athletics. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strength and conditioning programming, providing significant contributions to the development of student-athletes through mentorship, guidance, community building, and a commitment to social justice. This position is also responsible for the administration of policies related to strength and conditioning within varsity intercollegiate athletics, adhering to guidelines from Bates College, the NCAA, and NESCAC.
