Job Description

Stoney Point Grill was established in August 2005. We are a successful, independently owned restaurant, and are seeking, outgoing, talented, and fast Bussers/BarBacks/Food Runners to join our team.

The following are examples only and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive; other duties may be assigned as necessary. Requirements for this position are necessary for us to reach our fullest potential in providing a superior entertainment experience to our guests. The physical requirements for the job include:

• Remaining standing for extended periods of time
• Bending, squatting, and lifting, up to 100 lbs., for short distances
• Ability to move a keg of beer short distances
• Frequent communication with Managers and Team Members to ensure exemplary service

Key responsibilities and other requirements include:

• Arrive to work on time and ready to work
• Interact with guests to create raving fans!
• Assist servers in pre-bussing dishes and glasses at table
• Final removal of all dishes and glassware after guests leave the table
• Reset all tables within a timely manner after guests leave the table
• Emptying trash cans throughout the restaurant
• Be the "right hand" of the bartenders on duty.
• Stocking clean glasses at bar and service station
• Wiping down the bar counter.
• Stocking clean towels.
• Stocking ice for all the wells. Stocking juice, liquor, beer, and wine both when required by the bartender and at the end of the night
• Changing out kegs.
• Maintain overall appearance of the restaurant
• Assist in closing the restaurant at night

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
