What You’ll Do:

• Create and curate engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more that resonates with our community and builds our brand online.
• Go live and bring the Seed to Table vibe to life —think TikTok challenges, InstaReels, behind-the-scenes stories, and all the fun in between.
• Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Engage with followers, responding to comments and building relationships that make them feel like part of the family .
• Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies to ensure our posts are always making an impact.

Physical & Additional Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to ensure you can arrive on time, every time.
• Non-Slip Shoes: Non-slip shoes required (not company-provided) for safety.
• Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Must have proper authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 Years or Older: This role requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older.
• English Proficiency; Spanish is a Plus: Strong communication skills in English are a must; Spanish fluency is a bonus!
• Skilled Manipulation: Maintain precision while handling digital devices and tools for capturing content.
• Vision & Hearing: Ensure sharp peripheral and near/far vision for content creation, with the ability to hear and respond effectively, even in busy environments.
• Strength & Endurance: Comfortably lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs, while standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods.
• Agility & Balance: Navigate smoothly through the store, bending, stooping, and maintaining stability as you work.
• Environmental Adaptability: Thrive in a variety of temperatures and handle occasional exposure to dust and cleaning agents with ease.
• Allergy Tolerance: Confidently work with fresh ingredients, ensuring no adverse allergic reactions.
• Step-Stool Use & Communication: Safely utilize step-stools when needed and communicate clearly, even in high-energy, fast-paced situations.
• Reaching Ability: Reach efficiently at all levels—below the waist, at waist height, and overhead—and confidently manage tasks that involve walking up and down stairs.
