A premier electrical contractor in  South Florida  is actively hiring an  Electrical Project Manager  with experience in  high-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects . Join a forward-thinking company offering  relocation assistance ,  bonuses , and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee multi-million-dollar high-rise/mixed-use electrical projects
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, vendors, and field staff
• Drive project schedule, safety, procurement, and budget goals
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact between the office and job site teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
• High-rise/multifamily/mixed-use experience preferred , but  commercial experience accepted
• Knowledge of NEC, Florida building codes, and safety compliance
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
• Local preferred, but  relocation assistance is available
