Competitive base salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year

As an Electrical Project Manager based in Denver, CO , you’ll take charge of ground-up and tenant improvement electrical construction projects from kickoff to completion. Your deep experience in electrical systems and construction processes will be the backbone of every successful project you lead.
Manage budgets, schedules, and all phases of electrical construction projects
Hire and lead electricians to ensure consistent quality and productivity
Negotiate purchase orders, manage procurement, and review submittals
Prepare monthly billing and oversee project cash flow
Enforce OSHA, NEC, and Ludvik’s strict safety protocols
Provide coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership to field crews
Monitor material usage, subcontractor performance, and jobsite quality
Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and exceed expectations

4+ years of field experience in electrical construction
AAS or BS in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager I or similar role in electrical contracting
Proven ability to lead electrical projects up to $3 million
Strong understanding of NEC codes, electrical blueprints, one-lines, and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Primavera P6
Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
Experience preparing O&M manuals, submittals, and maintaining project schedules
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with NFPA 72, NFPA 70E, IBC, and IFC
Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
Experience with Newforma or similar project management software
