Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is central to the successful execution of reporting cycles, forecasting processes, and strategic efforts across the organization. The analyst will be responsible for owning key recurring deliverables, maintaining and improving core financial models and processes, and serving as a bridge between regional finance teams and corporate stakeholders.
In this role, you'll work hands-on with reporting systems to consolidate and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across units and regions. You will also support executive-level deliverables—including performance decks and shareholder presentations—and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
The Jr. Financial Analyst plays an essential role in supporting the FP&A team by assisting with forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop a strong foundation in corporate finance.

Jr. Financial Analyst com pensation range: $70k-80k. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
