Ideal Candidate

• 2 5 years of practical experience in civil defense, preferably general liability.
• Passion for litigation and commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
• Motivated to advance their career and grow within a dynamic firm.
• Strong work ethic, conscientious, and collaborative.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in social media strategy, digital content, or creative marketing (tech, e-commerce, or startup preferred).
• Proven success in AI-driven video creation with platforms like Google Flo, Runway, or similar.
• Expertise in multi-platform social strategy, performance marketing, and audience growth.
• Advanced video editing/motion design skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of algorithms, social metrics, and optimization.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities written, visual, and verbal.
• Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about storytelling and emerging tech.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on with AI tools (Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Sora, etc.).
• Knowledge of social algorithms, paid media strategies, and content optimization.
