This Registered Nurse position requires providing skilled nursing care, case management, and potentially hospice care to patients of varying ages and health conditions. Responsibilities:

- Patient assessments and monitoring.
- Medication administration and documentation.
- Treatment planning and implementation.
- Collaboration with physicians, other nurses, and support staff.
- Providing skilled nursing care, including case management and potentially hospice care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Certifications:
