This is a remote position.

Role Name:   Real Estate Cold Caller/Sales Agent

Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week 

Mon 3:30pm-6:30pm 

Tues 9:30am-12:30pm / 1:30pm-7pm 

Weds 9:30am-12:30pm 1:30pm-7pm 

Thurs 9:30am-12:30pm 1:30pm-7pm 

Fri 9:30am-12:30pm

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be the vital first point of contact for homeowners across Florida who are considering selling their properties. You’ll use your bilingual communication skills and real estate expertise to engage with prospects through high-volume outbound calling campaigns, identifying motivated sellers and creating meaningful connections that lead to successful outcomes. Working with state-of-the-art auto dialer technology and extensive prospect databases, you’ll conduct strategic conversations that help homeowners understand their options while qualifying opportunities for the company’s closing specialists. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship building, sales acumen, and real estate knowledge, with significant growth potential in a thriving Florida real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to Florida homeowners using advanced auto dialer systems with prospect lists of 10,000-20,000 contacts
  • Initiate engaging conversations with both English and Spanish-speaking homeowners to assess their interest and motivation to sell their properties
  • Identify and qualify wholesale acquisition opportunities, particularly properties in need of repair or homeowners in distressed situations
  • Present alternative retail real estate services for homeowners seeking full market value for their properties
  • Gather comprehensive information about prospects’ properties, situations, and timeline requirements
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the company’s closing specialists to meet with interested homeowners
  • Maintain organized prospect communication and systematic follow-up processes
  • Build rapport and trust with diverse homeowner demographics throughout Florida’s markets

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required  - essential for success in Florida’s diverse market
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in US real estate cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Solid understanding of both wholesale real estate concepts and traditional retail real estate processes
  • Experience working with auto dialer systems and high-volume calling campaigns preferred
  • Knowledge of Florida real estate market dynamics and regulations preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance metrics
  • Professional phone presence with excellent listening skills and objection handling abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with growth opportunities
