  • Handle multiple data inputs using MS Excel with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in monthly reporting as required
  • Monitor calls as required
  • Customer or marketplace research as assigned
  • Some travel: up to three workshops quarterly to monitor ANA’s open enrollment workshops commencing when travel and in person training is again possible
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Marketing knowledge and/or familiarity with training management is a plus
  • Some experience as a coordinator or comparable position in a service-oriented environment with experience in preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules, formatting data in Excel, and creating reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with an outgoing, customer service-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications with aptitude learning data and/or CMS systems.
  • Proficiency using Zoom, and other virtual platforms
Attributes/Skills Required:
  • Time management; skill in balancing the attention needs of multiple projects at once
  • Attention to detail and being organized
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Writing and analytical skills
  • Judgment on when to take the initiative and when to seek help
  • Taking pride in the successful completion of a project
Salary and Total Rewards Package:
Starting pay range: $50,000 to $55,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, 401k with company match, flexible scheduling, generous paid time off program, casual dress code, incentives, and rewards.
